Awareness Campaigns

Making mental health easier to notice, name, and talk about

CATCH creates awareness campaigns that help young people, families, schools, and communities talk more openly about mental health. Through creative, accessible programs, we encourage people to notice what they are feeling, start conversations, reduce stigma, and understand that support is available.

Note Your Feelings helps middle and high school students notice, name, and express what they are feeling while reinforcing that emotions matter and asking for support is a strength.

CATCH Up with Carter shares approachable, student-focused mental health tools that help young people understand emotions, build coping skills, and feel more comfortable talking about mental health.

Each May, CATCH brings mental health awareness into the community through education, activities, resources, partnerships, and opportunities for connection.

Funding Partners

CATCH awareness campaigns are made possible through generous support from local organizations and community partners.
